Jody Scheckter started his organic/biodynamic farm in Hampshire to produce the best-tasting, healthiest food without compromise for himself and his family. Jody explains “We want to sell our food regionally and "from the field to the fork". We sell what we produce i.e. we want to be a genuine “farm shop” not just a shop on a farm”.

Our award winning Organic Ale and Lager is produced from traditional varieties of hop and barley grown on the farm, balanced with additional organic hops and barley grown on the farm, balanced with additional organic hops to create the unique, critically acclaimed flavor and aroma of our beers.

At Laverstoke Park we are passionate about growing the best possible ingredients, so we can guarantee the exceptional quality of our products. All our hops and barley grown on site are farmed to the highest biodynamic and organic standards.

Laverstoke Park Farm’s Organic Ale

Laverstoke Park Farm’s Organic Ale has won two gold stars two years running at the Great Taste Awards. The CAMRA approved Ale is bottle conditioned so that secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle creating silky bubbles and an intensely satisfying flavor , comprising slight caramel sweetness effortlessly balanced with the fresh aroma of Fuggles hops.

Laverstoke Park Farm’s Organic Ale has very clean & spicy kettle hop character, malty-biscuity & burnt sugar characters (from malt) and a caprylic flavour from yeast. Full bodied for its alcoholic strength and original gravity.
