Haymarket Brewing - Chicago, IL

Rave Associates is excited to welcome Haymarket Brewery as the newest addition to our portfolio of craft beers. Owners Pete Crowley and John Neurauter opened the fist Haymarket Pub & Brewery in 2010 in Chicago’s Haymarket Square. Followed by a second location in Bridgman, MI in 2015. Haymarket Brewing specializing in classic Belgian and contemporary American brewing styles, with an emphasis on hops, barrel aging and a wide variety of authentic Belgian yeast strains.

Crowley is a highly decorated brewer, having won over 70 local, national and international awards for his beers, including medals from the World Beer Cup, Great American Beer Festival and the Festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beer. Contact your Rave Sales Representative for more information.



Speakerswagon Pilsner Speak up! Fight for your right to drink better beer! Start with this crisp, straw colored lager brewed with imported Pilsen malt, Saaz hops and authentic cold fermenting lager yeast. Get on the wagon!









Mathias Imperial IPA

Jam packed with mango, apricot and orange from the giant dryhopping w/ Citra hops. Mathias returns! Named for Officer Mathias Degan, the first of our boys in blue to be killed in the Haymarket Riot on May 4th, 1886.







Aleister IPA Brewed and dry-hopped with 2.5 pounds per barrel of Amarillo. Dry in the beginning, with a nice malt middle and a huge hop finish, this big IPA brings notes of bright fruit and citrus.









Oscar's Pardon Belgian-Style Pale Ale This straw colored pale ale was brewed with Pilsen malt, Belgian yeast and Amarillo hops then dry-hopped with a touch more for a complex easy drinking experience. Named after Oscar Neebe. Anarchist? Maybe. Yeast salesman? Definitely.








The Defender American Stout Brewed with Roasted Barley, Chocolate Malt, Dark Crystal Malt and Oats then hopped and dry-hopped with Cascade, Chinook, and Amarillo. It has won 6 GABF and 4 WBC medals!
