DDH DIPA W/ ROTATING HOPS
The fourth version of our Surround Sound DDH DIPA features a very unique version of the old-school Chinook hop. This amazingly fruity and bright variety of Chinook is grown by our friends at Crosby Hops Farms. We paired the Chinook with the bright citrus and tropical fruit from Citra hops for a total of 20 g/l of hop dosage.
HAZY STATE
DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED IPA
This hugely flavourful, yet extremely sessionable Double Dry-Hopped IPA is made with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Citrus and Tropical fruit notes dominate, but is also balanced with a smooth body that makes this one super easy drinking IPA.

IMPERIAL IPA
Fruity, bitter hops, berry, mango, peach; a wonderful interplay between the earthy bitterness, the nuanced fruity berry character, and the piney funky tropical depth. The resinous character of the hops shows through in a tongue-coating mouth feel. You’ll really feel saturated by all the hops. Delicious.
LIFE IN THE CLOUDS
NEW ENGLAND STYLE IPA
Life in the Clouds is our flagship New England style IPA. After experimenting with the Collective Seasonal HAZY IPA we dialed in the Simcoe and Mosaic hops and malt balance to optimize this juicy IPA’s pleasantly fruit forward (think citrus and melon) taste and aroma. In keeping with the nouveau NEIPA tradition, Life in the Clouds is an unfiltered beer, neither overly-sweet nor bitter, with a pillowy mouth feel.

DRY HOP SOUR
After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Vic Secret from the Yakima Valley this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Sour & hops in perfect, thirst quenching, melody!

INDIA PALE ALE
Galaxy hops from Myrtleford, Victoria in Australia and Mosaic hops from Yakima, Washington, USA, deliver aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, mango and citrus. Light malt body lets the hops shine through, and finishes crisp but not bitter. A hemispheric hop mashup.

A delicious combination of tropical fruit, citrus and dank resin notes dominate this DIPA thanks to a huge dosing of 20 g/L dry hop load of Simcoe, Galaxy and Columbus hops. 8.2% ABV.
STRANGER THAN FICTION
PORTER
Stranger Than Fiction is a full-bodied porter with plenty of roast flavour with hints of molasses. Ridiculous amounts of chocolate and pale ale malts make this porter a smooth and creamy brew.
GUAVA
GOSE
Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest and freshest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose (pronounced: Goes-ah) has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.
